I haven't seen Farrell play this badly for a number of years. Williams looking dodgy at full back, he's struggling to do the bread and butter for his position. The up and unders for NZ aren't being contested like they are in NH and he's dropping most of them.
Was Farrell 50th cap this year or last year? I remember him being quite shite in that game. We won but he was terrible.

Today is his 66th, so last year?

Ok, I wasn't being specific but it's been a while haha

Only 6 points ahead is poor from New Zealand. Lions are muck. Expect NZ to finish them off quickly.

Given how flat to the line the ABs are playing, can't help wishing that JJ was on the bench to come on and snaffle an intercept or two.
The ABs are playing at a ferocious pace, too fast even for them, not sure that I've seen them cough the ball up quite as much as that before.
Also the Bus is looking fairly ominous.
However, the Lions are still in this IMO...just not by a lot.

Davies jogging for that first try still ****** me off. Deciding test, give ******* everything.

You know better Im sure. When the ABs annihilate, you can truly see it. Thats not the case. The ABs are truly tested. Lions are obviously still in this.
I don't think they've been truly tested as NZ have ledt few kicks at goal and 2 or 3 tries behind due to poor execution

Farrell has been dire this game and at the centre of a fair few faults. JD having a good tour and Watson has been doing well. Forwards as a whole except Itoje are just far too slow and lazy, they don't have anywhere near the pace of the ABs and are beaten to many rucks. Also nobody is ever running onto the ball as first receiver, it's all static (AGAIN!)

I can see NZ annihilating the Lions 2nd half and Gatland deciding to only use half the bench.

Lol Fitpatrick 'Mario Itoje'

Edit: Where's that Mario Itoje pic gone?

It makes you wonder how much this NZ side are for the taking against decent opposition. On previous tours they'd take everything on offer and that why it was so hard to beat them. This side doesn't take all it's opportunities.

Thats Beaudens battle. Rugby wise the ABs are tested hence the close scoreline. You mentioned 'cruise control', I WISH the boys actually were but truth is, they're busting their butts out there. The Lions are truly making them work. No doubt.

We can talk about the lions being annihiliated and it's not wrong but at the same time going into the final half of rugby of the three match series only 6 points down is a scenario that surely anyone would have taken before the tour.

I forgot AWJ was playing! Good thing Itoje can play the role of two players!

feel like a broken record sticking up for awj, but he's done plenty in the tight today. Can't have all the forwards doing the same thing in the loose. Again, i'd have started lawes, but awj hasn't been anonymous today like a couple are claiming. The one player I've barely seen today has been Jamie George.

Your just not use to your side not being utterly brilliant and thus blowing away tosh like this. We've been awful.
