Hi Just quick thanx for this game been waiting so long for a new Rugby Game... ok firstly the rucks and mauls has become a much more physical and complex than previous i would like more control there for example counter ruck options by repeatedly pressing a button or combinations and also the option of stealing the ball of a tackled opponent when he has no immediate support, also in the line outs a driving maul option, more interface in the scrums like a button combination or repeatedly pressing one, plus and this is a big one make it extremely hard 08 Rugby on its HARDEST setting was a JOKE please... and last as in cricket international 2010 when you upgrade a players skill it makes a difference to the teams overall stats and the player skill reward in cricket was pretty neat where say you get five successive kicks you gain a skill point to spend on the players kicking skills and if its say 5 successive very long range attempts you get a skill point for power ect... you guys rock and i know this game is going to rock

Customize Rugby Players like Jonny wilkinson's hair sometimes it can be long or short .Or you can have them to wear bandage around there abdomen, thigh and arms

Agree with pretty much all the other ideas but I was thinking, what about an academy set up?

And the 'Be a Pro' thing could possibly need teams from lower divisions so players work their way up to the top level, like starting from the championship in England or the premiership in Wales before being scouted by a regional team or province before staking claims for international level, depending on impact. Players start of with poor stats that improve with decent performances and training. Being offered contracts are a given and constant improvments.

Just make it slightly better than Rugby 08 but get it realeased quickly. Just have an interface like Fifa, where the 'EA servers' are able to update the game online, also with a 'live season' type ad on, where the user may have to buy it. There is so many ideas but Just hurry up, Rugby game is needed

Career Mode and be a pro mode would be really cool for a rugby game.
More crowd interactions(Songs,booing players,"bad" calls by the referee.
Include star players signature moves or show what the player is best at ( wilko tackles, ashton dives, carters kicks,habanas run style. etc)
Updating rosters
faster ball motions kicking, passing
Improved player faces

Even just the simple option of choosing 2 teams and letting the cpu vs cpu would be nice. You're able to in every other Ea Sports game why not Rugby? Online would be massive and a 7's option would make a very nice addition.

Here are my improvements
*Television Match Official (like on Rugby League Live)
*Slo-mo tackles (like RLL)
*Ability to update squads during season (like FIFA 11)
*Most League's in the World (including 2nd Division's like Welsh Premiership, RFU Championship, Pro D2 and ITM Cup) with professional players like from the Scarlets playing for Llanelli RFC,Llandovery RFC or Carms Quins if they are not getting enough game time at senior
level
*Players dont drop the ball if they are playing out of position but just play badly (like getting smashed)

Really Good Idea.

So this might have been mentioned but not sure. Now lets get to the point.

This proberly won't be able to be put into this upcoming rugby game but into the next one maby.

Rugby Ultimate Team. Now I know EA do this with Fifa and they arn't making the next rugby game but I still think this would be an amazing Idea to put into a rugby game.

If you don't know what Ultimate Team is look it up.

Also this would keep you from getting board of the game because theres not going to be a manager mode.

I would REALLY like a manager mode for this game where you can manage clubs (similar to the fifa manager mode) It doesnt have to be like fifa but it would be great to have this play format.

Better faces for players, better kits etc.

More indepth strategy e.g. editing lienouts, scrums, running the line on attack.

Updated squads through the year.

would like to see a lot more leagues and cups on the game, such as thw world seven series ITM cup and the churchill cup.
to see a proper season in game would be cool. like a real season have all the cups rolled into one season rather than have to play them all individually. along with having the 6 nations autumn internationals and pre season friendlies and also influence into internationals would be interesting. instead of having a set international team that never changes make it so that if a player is preforming well they are looked at to join the EPS or saxons squad.

Its imperative that this time around that ratings are more accurate than the last time. Im sure ye have consulted rugby people who have a knowledge of players(i hope).

Haha, I'm just digging... Although I would give him less power than that, there are alot of players out there with more kicking power than Johnny. F.Steyn, L.MacAlistar, Kurtley Beale... just to name a few
