Spring Tour: Australia vs Scotland. (05/06/2012, 09:35 GMT)

Good goal line defence from Aus at the moment.

Edit:

[WUM] The Six Nations wooden spoon holders are all over the Tri-Nations champions like a rash ;) [/WUM]

Cracking kick by Hogg - millimeters away from a try there

Don't think the Wallabies have been out of their half yet.
Scotland need to get this kick now, something for all their effort.

Not the most exciting game of rugby thus far, but I think the weather has a lot to do with that... it really is pouring down!

6-3 Scotland after 33 mins

Possibly the greatest attacking game I have ever seen.

Really enjoyed that half, despite the kickfest/conditions.
Ross Rennie vs David Pocock is a great battle, two fantastic openside flankers.
Strokosch has disrupted a lot of ball at the ruck as well.

Hopefully Scotland can come out flying in the 2nd half as well and get the win. I imagine they'd climb a few places in the rankings is they did!

And SA would automatically move back into 2nd. Yes, I'm backing Scotland as well but they should have had more points with the territory advantage they had. Hopefully they don't slip now.

Scotland have screwed themself over - they needed to be at least 9 points ahead with that wind to give them any chance of winning. They should've been taking DG attempts at every opportunity.

Yeah, wind will play in to Australia's hands in the 2nd half, but I think the Scots will be more used to wind/rain than the Aussies :p

Let me just get this straight....The Aussie players have just played a weekend of super rugby, now 3 days later they are playing a full International and then 4 days later they start a 3 match series against Wales?

Do the Aussie rugby union give a monkeys about their players health or is it all about the money?

That is definately true. Whenever the AB's play Australia in the rain we can almost guarantee a victory (presumably as we are more used to the conditions), which is good news for Scotland! However I do think Australia will be good enough to win the game from here....

EDIT: An oppourtunity to even it up at 6-6 already...nails it.
