Hard to choose between Parisse and BoD for me, both were sensational. I'd probably end up going with BoD because he had more impact on the tournament overall than Parisse.

Honestly none of the other nominees would even feature if it were down to me, some had great tournaments but the two above were head and shoulders above.

Corrected... Anyway, i would have initially also gone with Parisse. But, because BOD has proved all of his critics wrong, and played the tournament of his life in Ireland's fairytale, my vote goes to him. It's a shame a talent like Parisse is in an Italian side that are not quite up to scratch.

He simply was Italy at times.
