I always find it hard to fault the men in the defensive line when they're just outnumbered.
Fault is to whoever allowed the 3 to be defending the 4, so probably someone on the other side of the field failing to fan out around the quick ruck

True but there will always be overlaps sometimes, and you have to do the right thing in those situations.
