Sidhe's Rugby Challenge

Yeah I've had this game for 5 days now and it's brilliant. It's nowhere near as 'instant' as, say, FIFA, it takes a while to get your game head set in, but once it does, it's an absolute joy.

You should write for Eurogamer, you got that all right with the positives and negatives, the game has certainly grown on me since a rocky start, that said I want to buy RWC later on as the two do have something to offer and I don't think I gave it a fair chance first time round. I think the PC version will be the best option with this game, it runs ok but after playing COD at 60 FPS the xbox is showing it's age, if the PC has 360 pad support.

You can edit to whatever you want, another reason to get the PC version?

Before anyone asks I'm not listing another team I started something I had to finish.
 
You can edit everything, if you are serious about it, I would get the PC version surely easier than a game pad.
 
I know you can edit everything, it's just that it's still a bit shoddy
Especially as edited teams can't be taken online

I never got that far with RWC, I bailed out before the patches and edits, can this be done in RWC? Not tried this game online, not much point yet. Sale Sharks are alright, I don't think Cueto, Hodgson and Sheridan will make you mad I had a good game against Leinster before. The offloads are starting to really **** me off but I think you can edit them too.
 
RWC is similar to RC in that edited teams can't be taken online, however in RWC teams retain their preprogrammed stats, as opposed to in RC where the teams are all equal


Good to hear Sale are alright, I'm looking forward to seeing what the teams like considering how much change there has been over the past two seasons :lol:
 
has anyone got any good reasons this game's been out in NZ for a few weeks, but won't be out in Europe for another few weeks? Surely it doesn't take that long to ship a load of copies out?

I dunno if this is shoddy I just know Sheridan didn't get a slap against Leinster. Players have alternate positions as well you know, not tried playing a lock at fly half just yet. :D

No major positional problems I can see, just a few minor (i.e Loosehead -> Tighthead, 12 -> 13)
Few names in there I don't recognise as Sale players though (Satala, Vakacegu, Satala)

Has players spanning three seasons as well :lol:
Schwaler from two season ago, Tonetti from last season, Ward from this

IMHO I believe we are the demo testers, alot of feedback has been given on the bugs and glitches of this game and they are releasing a patch to fix some of the bugs and make the game more enjoyable, but the patch won't be released until the UK version is released and vise versa
 
Is there a list any where of all the changes that need to be made to the squads to get them up to date? Not that i actually have a copy of the game yet!
