The only, fairly major flaw in using Optas system without weighting is the difference in the number of games played. Frankly having anyone from a side who didn't make it out their pool is pretty suspect.

I'm not saying you can't be on the list if you don't play for a good team. The point is that other props and 7s played similarly well and had to play 3 games moreDisagree. You could be one of the best players in the world but just be on a **** team.
Theo McFarland got an honourable mention. Imagine if he played for England or New Zealand and performed the same way (stats wise). Would that then be okay to include him in the side?
