EMAX1987

Great photos!!!

Thanks for posting them!

very cool. I'm actually seriously considering making a trip to Argentina for next years rugby championship. have not had a proper holiday in years.

I wonder if the AB will field a full strengh team next week vs the Boks or if they will let key players rest and maybe field a second string team.... Ben Smith, Gear, Cane, Cruden, Ben Franks etc etc The AB already won TRC, they might do this :?

They might rest some but the talk in the NZ media is about breaking a winning streak record of 18 which is currently held by Lithuania. I dont think the ABs ever field a second string team against the Boks.

Great photos Emax, nice angles of the game.

Judging from that overall performance of the ABs, Id say they're going undefeated this year.

Aaaaaah but how many times have we seen the Grand Slam heir apparent go down just in that last game. England so many times in the 6N, and the AB's stopped at the last chance...they're going into SA, that's their toughest game of the tournament, and the last...and the pressure will be big.
Oh and...you....you quote your own self ??....<_<

did anyone see that weird up&under attempt by Savea :?

the ball seemed to go backwards but ended up to the right from where he kicked it and slightly forward lol

Lets remember England and ABs are 2 different teams. Just because England cant do it it doesnt mean the ABs cant either.

Its my own personal opinion. They havent been playing too good but they still win. Huge pressure on them to win against the Boks and complete a grand slam but they've done it before.

As for my self quote, its up to you what you put down as your quote lol. Who quoted your quote by the way?..;)

What B-team? Carter and McCaw were injured.

No they were rested - along with the likes of Owen Franks, Brad Thorn, Kieran Read, Conrad Smith...

It wasn't a true 'B' side (as it still had a number of 1st choice players), but it was nowhere near a 1st choice team.

no Nonu, Jane, Conrad Smith, Weepu, Read, Owen Franks... incl Carter and McCaw... i'd say its a B-Team

Also taking into consideration that some of these combinations never played together yet...

Did anybody notice Fernández or Agulla do anything this match?

I believe Phelan needs to change his strategy as to how the backs are used. The attack looked a bit clueless at times as Draggs said. About time a centre who can makes hard yards in midfield is selected.
Terrible performance from Argentina duck, I couldn't watch past 60 minutes. Their attempts to run the ball were admirable but as ill-advised as Scotland when they try it against NZ. It lead to a record defeat. Difficult to take any positives from that, except that I'd hope they learn from it and play more conservatively in the next match (and until they find a couple of top class centres).
