Guys, anyone know whent he draw is for the home/away legs?

I know the dates are announced but i can't find anythign to say if the London Leg is the 1st or 2nd game in the play offs.

Keen to get along tot he Paris leg and cheer on Wasps, but fear it may clash with my first jog out in a year in a vets game.

Planet Rugby 30th April 2014 said
"The draw to determine the order of the matches will take place when the English club is officially known - which will either be on Saturday or 12 May, depending on the results over the next fortnight."
So I imagine imminently!!

"@premrugby: The European Rugby Champions play-off between @SFParisRugby and the 7th #AvivaPrem team will be two legs on 16-18 and 23-25 May"

This is going to be huge. The biggest games Wasps have had for years. I hope we rest our first choice players against Saints.

Was just looking through the Stade squad and there were some names I didn't expect to see - the likes of Digby Ioane and Richard Kingi - didn't realise they'd switched.

The LNR have stated that here is a possibility that the matcheswill be televised on France 4, 17/18 24/25 May KO times not yet released.
The points difference between 1st and 7 th in the TOP 14 is 12 pts
1st and 7th in the Premiership is 36pts
so as its home and away looks like there is only one winner, if you take form into consideration.......... but then again upsets often happen with a little additional pressure.

So with the home and away legs, does it go down to points difference I assume or is it tries scored ? I can definitely see Wasps winning at home but Stade will probably destroy them in France. Hopefully it will be 2 great games though.

It'll be interesting to see how this is branded/shown.

I doubt RCC even have logos or their brand identity sorted out yet!
Who is organising the game?

Whos reffing it is another good question to add.
Should be a good test of our new overlords.

I don't think the points difference is relevent because of the massive issue with home advantage in the Top 14.

Premiership is starting to head that way, but it's amajor factor in the points spread being so even in the TOP 14.

It'll be a ding dong couple of games, i am not sure Stade yet have the Stomach to close it out.

Excellent, that means i can play AND watch the game :)

think i'll try and grab tickets.

Only problem is the H Cup is a 18.00 ko in France on the same day 24th so going to the match may miss the H Cup final which should also be a cracker.

I believe that if both teams could field their strongest sides, Wasps might even be favourites. Meanwhile quins have made Stade look quite small, even playing in Paris, and Wasps have been overachieving away from home relative to home performances.

However, we lack the depth to manage key injuries, our half backs are unpredictable, and Morne Steyn I expect to have a big game against us.

To be fair to Stade the team that played quins wasn't even remotely near the 1st team,a nd they held quins for alenghty period of time.

Yeah I think they rested like 13 first team players for that game, that shows you how good their first team is.

I hope Wasps win this, Stade are my favorite French side but if they lose a couple matches they'll give up which is just the most depressing thing in European rugby!

I would say that both sides are up for this one, some big,big hits..................maybe because it is a points differential over how and away legs and the importance of what qualifying means to the club (and their salaries) funds!!
