Hey UMOSAY

i cant find it now, but i read somewhere u posted a thing about some NZ store getting the game intime for super12, and that its nearly finished

if this is the case, it baffles me to kingdomcome, as to why nobody knows features, commentary and box art.

Have they taken the same approach as their cricket series, where u dont know anything about anything, and one random day, its on the shelf to buy.

if they aint going to market it, then it isnt a good product

SORRY BUT THIS STINKS

the effort from everyone @ HB seems minimal, even EA have said nothing and they are the first to market something as awesome, and theirs.

Good on HB for working around the clock thru the holiday period (sarcasm)

This to me means they are all jews, and Christmas to them is like rugby to canada
and if thats the case expect minimal funds injected into the project, on all counts

THIS IS A BIT HARSH BUT A JEWISH BLOKE REALLY ****** ME OFF THE OTHER DAY, I HAD TO LET OF SOME STEAM
pes4 took ages b4 releasing anything and hay it looked **** compared to this rugby 2005 footage [/b]
a perfect example of how EA sports bling up their games

PES4 - they work with in game pysics and gameplay, in the final weeks
Rugby EA - they work with photoshop, and editing to make a piece of **** look like gold.

I DO HOPE THEY BRING OUT A SPECIAL RUGBY GAME - but i learn from my mistakes, R2k4 sent me into depression - R2k5 wont do that to me, coz no expectations from me are forethcoming.

it will be constructive critisism tho

haha was looking at the new hb studios website

"Cricket 2004 was released in December 2003 on both PC and PS2. It included all the international teams and players including astonishingly high detail in the players’ faces and bodies"

hahah

also says they have signed a deal to do ea sports games for 3 years

1st project is Rugby 2005
2nd project is Cricket 2006
3rd project rugby 2006??

I guess we can hope

Don't see why they won't make a rugby 2006, the base of rugby 2005 is already there (hopefully a damn good base too)

Also that quote was one big lie by HB, they were astonishingly awful - but so far the r2005 ones look ace.

Every 18 months for rugby games is their plan, 24 months for Cricket. So there should be another rugby game late next year, probably the first for the third generation consoles.

Well if its true then thats pretty cool, every new game that comes out is bound to get better,so far rugby 2005 is looking awesome

For the anthems, when they line up there was only 11 players - although im 75% sure this has been fixed from what i posted in the other thread

Any1 know when someone will actually see /play the game and tell us about it? Must be a report or somesuch out there of someone that has seen it...?

Yes, Locksley off this forum is playing the game this month sometime so he will report back to us

Who is he and how is this possible?
You obviously haven't been here before, he got us loads of info on rugby2004 and WCR months before the games were out - movies, screenshots, reviews the lot. I think he is in the some sort of gaming network or something, not sure

Now I despise being the new guy with all the stupid questions but has anyone actually tried to contact EA for game info or such? I know it doesnt always work but there are a few out there that provide useful bits of info when asked nicely...

Hes just an ordinary man trying to make a difference in a world full of football games
<

Now all we need to do is club together to get him a horse so he can ride off into the distance after the release of R2005.
<

He has connections and shares the good and bad news with us about upcoming releases here hoping its good news for rugby 2005

No, but EA seem to take this place and the criticism seriously. Shame they still released R2004 after all the negativity...

I have emailed every EA or HB address I think is relevant, and haven't had a response. They did actually email me when before Rugby 2004 came out, and gave me a chance to play an early version but I couldn't get to Auckland.

hey mate are they gna make all the players look like the real guys or just the really famous 1s

has anyone noticed, in all the things that ea have released regarding rugby 2005. there has been nothing like, 'the much anticipated sequel to rugby 2004 is here!'. no mention of it whatever.

I wonder why?
