The Melbourne Rebels have announced the signing of their first Victorian player, former Wallaby Lloyd Johansson.

The Rebels have also signed promising Australian under-20 front-rower Paul Alo-Emile, and North Harbour lock James King, who played four matches for the Blues last year.

Fark can they stop stealing NZ players please. Shouldn't even have a team if they don't have enough players.

I completely agree with you Don, it's becoming something like the northern competitions, chopping and changing teams here and there, Why put in a new team when you don't even have a team??.. should've just included the Southern Kingz! atleast they have their own squad. The Rebels is a damn laughing stock and they have just started what I think is going to be the end of all team 'loyalty'.

Imagine this Crusaders line-up

1 Matt Dunning- Aus,[had to throw him in there]
2 Hika Elliot
3 Owen Franks
4 Nathan Sharpe- Aus
5 Courtney Lawes- English Import
6 Ruben Wiki- League Convert
7 Richie McCaw
8 Toby Faletau- Welsh Import
9 Kahn Fotuali'i [Dont like Ellis]
10 Jonny Wilkinson- English Import
12 Gavin Henson- Welsh Import
13 Tana Umaga - KING
14 Manu Vatuvei- League Convert
15 Darryl Lilly
