Q Out of interest do all the other clubs try and improve their facilities also? Can you improve your own club's facilities at any time in the game? I have forgotten to try this as there are loads of things to do and I was most interested in the matches initially.

A Other clubs don't reveal the quality of their facilities.
Yes, you can improve your facilities at any time, although some are only available to certain leagues, like the Centre of Excellence.

Q Are the best clubs in the game NZ and SA (from a coaching and youth point of view) in order to reflect the better quality players that on the whole have come out of these countries in the last 5-10 years (especially NZ!)?

A The best clubs are the NZ, SA & AUST clubs in the Super Championship.

Q Just to confirm, if I start a career with Auckland, if I do well I qualify and then play in the super rugby competition, albeit without the Blues players because Auckland and the Blues are not linked in the game.

A Yes, you would start off in New Zealand Division 1 and if you became champions and also won the playoffs, you would be promoted to the Super Championship.

Q Do World Class players tend to sign more readily for World Class clubs, or would good money be enough to convince them to sign for a mediocre team? I am playing with Bath who are a decent team, so I don't have a problem signing World Class players in my game; in fact, it is possibly a little too easy to!

A The number of world class players your club can support is determined by the quality of your Centre of Excellence.
First of all, I really like this game and am slowly finding fixes for some of the problems I have had. On that point, got a question on training:

Q Is there a way to keep the coaches assigned to players even if they get injured?

A This will be looked at for a future update.

Cheers for answering questions. I realise you may not want to answer ones like whether there will be updates etc so soon after the game has been released.


Regarding the facilities I now understand that other clubs' facilities remain hidden but I just wondered whether given that I am improving my club's facilities, player regeneration quality, number of World Class players I can sign etc whether my rivals' capabilities on these fronts remain the same for all 15 seasons if you get what I mean?


Just an idea but do you think a good sticky for this forum could be a wishlist for future releases, features and all of that?

Also, want to note an issue I'm having the academies at the moment.

I don't know whether only one save has worked so far or not, but every single pull coming from any academy on any save at the moment is amateur. I'm releasing Pros, Nats and Amateurs for example, who are decent but won't make my first team and regardless of the position or player, I'm just getting Amateurs 24/7.

In the save with wasps, I'm getting a nice balance, pulling some Nat, Ints, world class and semi pros. Last 5 or 6 saves I've wanted to test the Academy and I get Amateur players just regardless.

Is this a bug?

No, you need to hire a scout to improve the quality of your recruitment drives.

A wishlist would be awesome - it is always fun to brainstorm - I am sure that there are fantastic ideas out there.

Not sure if I am doing something wrong but most of my players fitness during a match seems to drastically drop to 0, do I need to do something to stop this ?

It sounds like you may be running the Blitz Defence tactic on a permanent basis.

Blitz Defence is very effective, but it does tend to tire players out very quickly.

Hi everybody,

I have a question. For the moment, what i've seen it's that players do NOT progress in the game. They can have a bonus or a malus (depending level of facilities) But at the end of the season they come back to them initials stats. It's that right?
Because if it's right it's not very funny...
