[November Tests 2017 EOYT] England vs. Australia (18/11/2017)

Great then terrible then great from Robshaw

That was a big ol' hit on Farrell, Lawes would be proud!

Why does Harrison not understand the rules? It doesn't ******* matter if he had a clear run to the line if he caught it, he was running the other way and slapped it to the floor. Jesus.

I do not understand the offside on the invalidated try of Hooper, the australian winger kick the ball (OK hooper is off side at that moment) and then it looks to me (but sky sport is not showing again the action) that the first australian chasing the kick touches the ball a tiny bit with his foot before Hooper retrieves it and score the try . This means that Hooper is not offside anymore ??

And the first australian chaser is not offside defo

Nobody ? Does the first chaser needs to have proper control of the ball to put back Hooper in play, meaning that touching it with the foot is not enough to cancel the hooper off-side from the first kick ?

It's laughable that both cards the Aussies are arguing with the ref. It seems it's not just the coach who thinks the laws don't apply to them

If Hooper continues to run forward, and doesn't retreat after being offside from the first kick, he can't be played back onside by the 2nd kick, I don't think.

Presumably, otherwise a fullback could launch a bomb to another player and just sprint up to play him onside while being nowhere near him on the pitch.

Yeah, similarly a referee can shout at a kick-chasing player to come back onside and penalise him for not doing so even before he has affected the play.

Seriously? The foundations of our country were the discards of yours.
Not big on history?
It's b-b-b-banter. If that offends you you should see what I've been calling the poor Welsh all week :(

2 yellow cards and we keep kicking possession away all the time... Tactically England are playing ****. The number 2 team in the world not being able to score a try against a side with 2 yellows is pathetic.

Beautiful hit by the Wallaby. That's where two distributors gets you some time against a rush defence.
