[November Tests 2016 EOYT] Ireland vs. New Zealand (05/11/2016)

Also - lineout. If NZ can't sort their lineout / disrupt Ireland's they're in real trouble

This 100%. Can see this half being all about Ireland holding out, and becoming a question of how long they can last.

Well a big loss was Murphy. He was playing very well. We've lost him playing well and the option of a fresher JVDF. Schmidt needs to trust his bench but also use them at the right time.

That's a very big and very full stadium.

As it was last year... would be interesting to know how many are locals? (it's not actually that big, though... American stadium architecture makes all of their venues seem waaaay bigger than they are)

I suspect there is a rather larger travelling Irish contingent.

So last time in 2013 it was 22-7 at half time, and Ireland didn't score any points in the 2nd half. Surely, not this time round? Score a couple of pens early and make NZ nervous. Keep the score board ticking over Ireland.

Was about to say I'm surprised Smith hasn't been subbed but there he goes
Surprised at the straight lock for lock sub, would've thought they'd want kaino shifting to the backrow
