Really enjoyed the game, was certainly the best I've seen. It had the lot, quality play, big hits, a comback from a near impossible situation and a power cut. Also a lot of boobs and legs on show at half time.

I think the no-call at the end was right as the 49er was clearly pushing down on the defenders helmet to get clear space. Was good to see a player who for years has been nearly a top level QB but now will be considered there. Not just by this game but his general play in the playoffs, that pass at the end of the Denver game.

Changes have already started happening for next year, starting with Jacksonville who have changed logos from this;

Much better logo, actually looks like a proper cat rather than the "derp-y" one before

The Bufflao Bills renewed their game in Toronto every year the other week......boooooooo.

Definitely true regarding Joe. So happy for him.

Also yes, that logo is a relatively subtle change - but it is a huge improvement. Let's hope they can do the same for the team too.

Not a Bills fan!?!?

No a big one, this series has been a disaster though, attendances have been poor and atmosphere at the games has been dour. It's a neutral site game for the Bills at best and the players hate it. It also takes away the cold weather advantage over teams late in the season. If the extra reveneue was being put into the roster I wouldn't mind but it generally isn't.

YEah that sucks. Home-field is pretty huge in the NFL. If nothing else, it's good to give your defense a leg up by being loud and disrupting the offense. Twice this past season we were all rooting for the upset against CryBrady and they almost happened too!

Maybe you guys should do what the Seahawks do and have built in mics on the stands to simulate a louder crowd? :p

Alex Smith must hate Colin Kaepernick. Not only did he take Smith's starting job and led his team to a Superbowl he has now forced to 49ers to trade him. And they have/will trade him to....Kansas City.

On a non-cynical view this is big for KC, they get ax experienced-yet-still-young QB who they can build a team around. Playoffs in 2 years

I don't know I always think Smith lacks that something he reminds me of Tony Romo.

I know what you mean, considering he was a top 10 draft pick it took him a while to become a trusted starter and you could argue that the 49ers carried him and made him look better than he possibly is/was. When you properly look at it this move to KC could be the best thing for his career if he has the patience to play with this development team.

Smith, Cutler and Romo have several things in common, the main one being they can never live up to the hype around them.

Cutler went down in my estimation. To not make the playoffs with the team they have and the start they had is almost criminal. He should have followed his coach in being booted out.

Just think it a temperment thing. As in college ball there isn't really the same pressure when it comes close to making playoffs/in playoffs. But when chips are down you see guys like the 2 Mannings, Rodgers and of course Brady that they seem to create that extra time and make pass. Where Smith, Cutler and Romo are guys that when pressure is on they try to force it. An example then of "in between" is Joe Flacco who came good at right time this year but still needs to do more to convince me and well next year a Ravens team without Lewis around will either sink or swim.

Give some credit to Romo, he has had a terrible O-Line who fail to allow him time at times to make the plays.

Granted Romo has made many a mistake, he lost control when he fumbled the ball place holding for that field goal which he fumbled against Seattle in the Play Offs.

Kansas City has a history of doing poorly with other franchises cast off QB's, especially 49ers ones for some reason, that being said I think this a decent pick up for them not sure if it makes them a playoff team but they do get better.

Had a soft spot for cowboys but Romo showed he hasn't got it and his antics going to Mexico with Jessica Simpson that time destroyed him too

I'm a big fan of the Raiders (don't know why, mediocre team) But most Franchises in the Oakland region are luring me ( Warriors etc...)

Am fan of Warriors since New York Knicks came to Ireland few years ago and I met David Lee. Was 1 of soundest fellas I met and even got bit of gear off him. Was doing physio on him. But followed his career from them and followed his teams

Team full of history. Madden, Flores, Al Davis, LA, JeMarcus Russell and Seabass!

I guess dinner is on Flacco. F me American sports make crazy money. Funny thing is football is meant to be the "lowest paid" of them all and aren't exactly fully guaranteed and don't usually see out the contract anyway. Compared to Baseball and Basketball.

That female goal kicker didn't do their reputation much favours with that trial. Did they pull out through embarrassment at this kick attempt?
