It's only 2 years away so I doubt we'll see drastic changes. All our current players, besides those headed overseas this year, will presumably stay on till the world cup so I don't think there'll be a whole lot of change.
Nevertheless, I'll put my prediction forward:
1. Moody
2. Coles
3. Franks
4. Retallick
5. Whitelock
6. Squire
7. Cane
8. Read
9. Perenara
10. Barrett
11. Ioane
12. Laumape
13. ALB
14. Milner-Skudder
15. Smith
- Loosehead is a possible position of change, but I expect Moody will hold onto it.
- Not sure if Kaino will still be around and Squire seems to be the incumbent and is only getting better, so I predict he'll take that spot... again, though, there's a lot of comp with Shields, Taufua, Dixon etc.
- Laumape is a young Nonu, I think he's the leading contender for the long term 12 jersey. SBW and Crotty both old, not sure they'll be up to it in a couple years. Ngatai would be my 2nd choice. Also it's possible that ALB and Jordie will be contenders, depending on what positions they'll be playing. Moala will still be in the picture too.
- ALB is young and already 1st choice 13, will only get better.
- The Bus will need to regain his form if he's to be there, but I have hope he will. Realistically though, it'll probs be Ioane or Naholo.
- NMS should be there, just depends on his injury luck.
- Will be the perfect finish to a great ABs career for Bender.
