I'd say he will, Quinlan/Leamy, Ronan and Williams with Wallace on the bench.

Oh and 2 > 1[/b]

Will BOD have the balls to take on JdV and the Mafro? I doubt it.[/b]
Is that a serious question? Will the best centre in world rugby have the balls to take on a Saffa who's only joined Munster to pick up a paycheck and a one trick pony like Mafi? :p

The question should be "is Mafi still afraid of Johnny Sexton?"

Horan
Fogarty
Hayes
O'Callaghan
O'Connell ©
Leamy
Ronan
Williams
O'Leary
O'Gara
Hurley
de Villiers
Mafi
Howlett

Flannery
Buckley
Ryan
Wallace
Morland
Warwick
Earls

:D

Is what I'd pick, getting excited about it now, quality 22 that is.

Is that a serious question? Is the best 12 in European rugby afraid of some petulant kid who cowardly kicked him in the face while he was unable to defend himself at the bottom of a ruck? :p

The question should be "why can't Leinster score tries?"

What was Jamie Roberts doing in a Munster-Leinster tie? :p

Seriously though, this should be a good game. (I hear O'Driscoll is back as well as all of Munster's Lions) If it's A). Not on at the same time as the Blues/Ospreys/Scarlets or B). Actually on TV outside Ireland, I'll watch it. if not, there should be highlights on Scrum V.

Munster fans.......always putting sexy rugby ahead of results. They'll never get anywhere with that attitude.

Oi Munsterman, you may want to update that signature to reflect reality. Something like :

Lads just a question, I know Sexton has buckets of potential but apart from H'Cup Semi and the Final what has he actually done to make us say WOW?

Like if he was that brilliant why wasn't he selected for Lions ahead of J.Hook and don't sat because he never played for Ireland as we've seen players uncapped selected in past and Earls only had 89minutes of International experience like to show that it not all about International.

Back to game and Mafi a 1 trick pony - He dumped Chabal last year like a feather then that lay off to Earls against Ospreys he has hat full of tricks.
And he afraid of Sexton ... I remember at game Sexton KICKING HIM IN FACE and Mafi going after him .....

JDV picking up a paycheck when all he has been talking about in 3 interviews I've seen is to be able to retire having won major competitions in both Southern and Northern hemisphere as well as his World Cups (15 a side and 7s)

And Quinny I hope he plays because he will be buzzing but also about Roberts been the best 12 in Europe who before Lions Tour had him pencilled in as that

well the fact that the squad was picked before those games might have had something to do with that and given that Hook is more of a utility player would explain his late call up.

Of course de Villiers is here for the paycheck but nobody in their right mind would say they're signing for the money. If it wasn't about money he'd have stayed in SA.

What there left to prove in SA

Are you telling me so Sexton would've got nod if it was for out-half only like What has he done apart from them 2 games

no I'm not saying that, but if you want an example look at Saturday, saves a try being scored and gets the winning drop goal. His Churchill Cup performances were up to the mark as well. His control of the Wasps match at the RDS was also superb. It's not as if he's played a huge number of games to be judged on but when he did play last season he was more than up to the mark and I've seen nothing this season to convince me that he's gone backwards. Sure his discipline needs to be improved but ROG can't tackle for shite and he's got 90+ caps.

Is the match being streamed anywhere on the internet? I don't expect Sky Sports to be showing it, so that means the pubs around Canterbury will be no help <_<

You mean apart from the biggest club game in history, and the final of the same tournament (in which he had the gall to slot over a drop goal from half way?).

Sexton is a good outhalf. He's shown he can perform on the big occasion. He's got good hands, a decent boot, is over 6ft and is more then happy to TACKLE! He deserves an introduction into the Irish international squad. He's not Dan feckin Carter, but hes a good option at 10.

Sexton is a decent runner, excellent passer, good tactical kicker, very competent tackler and is improving his goal kicking. He's showed against Munster three times what a good player he is, orchestrating the back to back victories in the 2007/08 season along with how he played in the HC semi final last season. Don't forget the ass whooping he delivered to Mafi either! Last season he was outstanding off the bench against Wasps and he gave a virtuoso performance against the Scarletsin the RDS. This season he took the Edinburgh game by the scruff of the neck when it seemed all but lost with a couple of minutes remaining.

He's a very good player although he's not as good as O'Gara was in his prime just yet. Huge credit must go to David Knox, Alan Gaffney and Felipe Contepomi for helping transform him from the game manager flyhalf he was at schools level into the more rounded player he is today.

Sexton is Ireland's future at Number 10. It's that simple. I haven't been as impressed by a flyhalf as I have with him. Maybe it's because I see all the potential, but he definitely proved some things last season and is backing up the hype thus far. Ronan better up his game (and by that I mean learn to feckin' tackle) to keep his spot on the national squad. I'm excited to see the 2 face off this weekend.
