Aus can hardly complain there. POM will be huge loss. Jordi will be fine just they different guys

Yellow card certainly. If he wasn't lying in an offside position it's a try. Base of the post rule is unfair but its a rule.

It's amazing when an Irish forward runs into traffic, others join them to push them on or protect the ruck. Compare that to England where a forward is sent in and no other forwards even attempt to support until they have been held up creating a maul or are on the ground and an opponent is already competing for the ball.

No, but grabbing the guy when the ball is lost is extremely dangerous.

It's instinctive in the air, if you're at all off balance your brain will tell you to grab something.

It's one of the dangers of leaping into the air when people are running around.

At least acknowledge the problem caused by his own player.

It's a yellow card. Using your interpretation one could argue that Stockdale instinctively throws his forearm up in anticipation of the hit, which would also be incorrect.

Well from Sexton's position it didn't look like the penalty was for the incident in front of the posts, but elsewhere in the line. The whole thing is a mess tbh and just causes more problems than it solves.

Well you do... try running head first into something and see what your brain tells your arms to do. It'll tell you to put them in the way.

On that Australian maul, anyone confirm the rules, because I thought you had to join from behind and bind to the back player and not just run round your player who has the ball, which one Australian player clearly did after it had splintered.
