I decided to try and learn to use Photoshop over the long weekend, I'm uploading this more as a means to get advice and tips on how I can improve. So constructive criticism is encouraged. (I know its not perfect, I just want ways to improve or any tricks you guys have).

Very good to be your first time doing this. Keep in mind the sizes of logos so that they are not stretched and not put them too close to the neck of the shirt, because they are deformed. Good luck.
I think in one of the threads there was a .PSD file to make good shirts.

Oh man, that is exactly the kind of advice I was looking for. Improved it so much with something so simple. Thanks mate.

I'm struggling to make the "PIC" Sponsor more square and unstretched when it is on the jersey. Any tips there?

Of nothing.
I could cut the logo or use the selection tool, select the part to be deleted and press the "delete" key.
Look in the forum for the .PSD file that I have told you, to obtain better quality kits.
My internet is not very good, but I would share a file that I used before.
