It actually amuses me when people, particularly Munster fans, were complaining about Gilroys defence before the 6N. Hilarious.

Made 1 great hit but has missed 2 sloppy 1s but no one really singled him out but he in same brackets as Earls Kearney etc. they are poor defensively

Gotta disagree as Kearney can't defend either and is according to every stat the worst tackler of 3 but Earls is poor too. And Gilroy the lesser of 3 evils. Earls seems to have dislocated shoulder hope all Munster lads are pulled now as we have HEC but Italians deserve to be clear

They are very poor today and will need enormous demonstration of spirit and class to come away with a win with their diminished side but.............. they are only 3 down and the Italian attack has to be the weakest in the tournament.

As I said Gilroy the best of 3 and just prone to missing odd 1s. Stats per IRFU, Rabo, HEC and ESPN. Earls is better in all defensively.

Nobody dislikes Ulster and just because its said Gilroy is suspect defensively and that doesn't mean he's not a good attacking player and worthy of his spot

Well I've seen them will try drag them later but are you honestly saying you've never heard English press etc talking about Kearneys poor defense but will dig stats when back on laptop. And was referencing Gilroy that way as 3 were the subject and he's not best defender but not worst either

Why on earth would I read the English press or agree with them. I watch him every week I know what I see definitely better than Earls at least.

Well I'll post stats later and I watch Earls between trainings and matches and well it difference in opinion and maybe stats are wrong and Kearney is the good defender. But also a lot of Irish playing themselves out of Lions tournament.
