Ireland v England, 10/02/13

So ROG misses....has to be BOD for Man of the Match then to go with his worthwile award last week!! Interesting that Kidney says they do not great store by these awards and no wonder!!

The bloody Tank is on.......................just when I thought England were on their way. Now is Ireland's chance

This is our ****ing chance. Don't **** it up.

Edit: and as I say it we do exactly that.

Best match of the 6N so far and thought Garces, apart from yellows, had good game. However, 0-6 while Haskell was off!!

Ireland their own worst enemies but England's composure and confidence was magnificent and hard to see past them but watch the Welsh and French go for them like bloody terriers!!

Well deserved. Neither team came to play rugby but England played their snooze inducing style much better. Robshaw, skinny Youngs, Goode and Farrell were very good.

Ireland played poorly and are desperately coached.

Umm - do you also like getting dressed in leather and being whipped?

One of the most boring games I've even seen. That was horrible. Stayed up to 6am for that...

Wasn't spectacular but a good contest. England played to the conditions well, smart stuff from the halves. Lots of chargedowns though.

You mix up rugby for the purist against the sling the ball around that the SH have to have to satisfy their need for a game that is a mox of basketball/rugby league for their low boredom thresholds!!

Ireland couldn't score an ugly chick in a brothel.

And you watched every minute of it at a time that even sparrows are asleep. Joke's on you bro ;)

Having the composure to win that after getting reeled back in was one of the most impressive things I've seen from England in some time.

Guilty as charged. For some reason we like to watch games with creativity, skill and strategy. Our players run INTO space and use more than 10 men on the field. I guess that's why us in the SH keep losing to the NH guys...Oh wait.

WORLD CHAMPIONS *****ES!!

Pretty sure everyone would have rather seen some exciting tries.

Haha - yeah. like to say I'd do it again, but to be honest I could do with the sleep.

Well yeah, but those conditions looked nasty. Granted, more adventurous sides might have gone for it... would they have won? Think I'd rather watch smart rugby played effectively than madness from people trying things they don't have the skills for.
