Don't know if anyone is watching the England vs Canada game, but it is already a cracker and has only been going 6 minutes. Both teams attacking hard and fast and finding gaps.

England really struggling to get any dominance here forwards are being outplayed in the contact area. Lots of handling errors and forcing it a bit to much... Potentially missing Mcleans guidance...

Canadian pack is playing amazingly.... They are completely dominating England right now.

First time I have sat through a ladies game......gave up on the Irish one....but this is fantastic..

The Canadians are huge, skilful and fast and more incisive than the English and also seem to "want" it more. Not only do they deserve their lead, they should be further ahead. The English team are making a huge number of mistakes and Alphonso has hands covered in grease....

Love the guy calling out CCCCCCCCAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDAAAAA!!!

I really enjoy the way the Canadian 15 runs the ball back......but you have to think that the English have now woken up and Alphonso has had some really big hits....but, as you say, there has been some amazing defence!

Yes but the Canadians are as bad as that....they should have scored there for instance!

But, maybe that is why it is such a good game to watch!!

something about World Cups occurring in France that just scares the kiwis away, they just love their early exits from those.
Anyways, merci les Irlandaises, you've taken the defending champs away from our concern.

Canadians play a very attractive game too. Forbidden from playing with the foot when in their own camp, all hands and passing. Too bad their focus left them intermittently and they couldn't give their max throughout. I'd say the game was there for both teams to win really, both missed big opportunities regularly, esp. that second half. That little Magali Harvey, besides being a pretty little piece of girl, is one heck of a winger !!
I like that Sarah Hunter too, England's captain, no.8 I believe. Her face is very soothing somehow, a very "positive" face.

Alright, just gotta wait for the match now...allez les bleues !!
