Think they're just being over cautious with the withdrawals, Powell's is described as an insect bite. Big fairy. Should be a blessing in his case anyway, his style of play would have suited playing a weaker Vodacom cup level team. I'd rather see him have a run out against a stronger side.

problem is though that for Ferris it's a chance missed with this game, even if it would have just been off the bench, if he does miss out again on Wednesday than that only leaves 1 more chance to put down a marker before the tests. Ferris is the best option for the blindside spot and for him to be having a disrupted preparation on such a short tour isn't what we need.
