Guscott Lions XV

don't think any of our forwards burrowed for their tries, all things of beauty, it's O'Driscoll's ones that weren't too good on the eye.

O'Driscoll is a forward, DUH

and a centre, and a fly half, and a fullback and... and... shhhh *future Lions captain*

wilkinson? really? looked lost last time he played for england, and always an injury worry. the only conceivable reason why he would have gone is commercial....oh well who knows?

they did a thing on Setanta where they showed the pundits team before the squad and at most they had 2 players in the starting lineup who weren't touring and in most cases it was Peel, 4 missing for Guscott, p45 anyone?

Well in fairness, Croft was a shocker when he wasn;t announced. Henson's injured....and well yeah, the p45 for picking Wilkinson.

not really, has done well for Leicester but 1 decent game against France shouldn't be enough to guarantee a Lions place as so many, not necessarily here, were claiming after that match. More of a shock in the wake of Quinlan and Powell getting the nod.

I've never been impressed with Henson, he's no loss for me, no doubt we'll miss his fake tan and crabbing but we'll get by.
