Heineken Cup 2022/23: Quarter Finals

Game was very close for the first 50/60 minutes. Score line flatters Toulouse, but yeah, they look brilliant.
You could say the same with Leinster yesterday tbf, top clubs have a habit of turning it on in the last 20 or so, I don't know if it's a fitness thing or what but happens a surprising amount.

The opposing team know they are defeated and no way back so defense isn't quite the same?

Against England and Johnny Gray rifles that pass like a world class 10 instead of a ten thumbed oaf.

Nowell going to La Rochelle. Didn't realise that. Knew he was leaving Exeter but surprised he's going to La Rochelle. Will even play that much!

Chiefs looking good so far, working some space out wide nicely

Was that a 3? 4? on one they just butchered though - work so hard to create the space then passes behind the runners kill all momentum and then a forward pass

Yeah that was poorly executed.

Lovely try, really thought Woodburn had scuffed it by not passing inside to the 9

Do Exeter have the slowest wingers in Europe?

Quarter final and still empty seats....

Shame to see that in a ground that is not exactly huge.

Are we going to find that the South African sides are going to struggle in the Champions Cup from the last 8 onwards?

Pretty sure I read they will play no home matches from the quarters onwards.

The travel must be pretty tough.
Quarters they are allowed play at home only semi finals onwards are in Europ

Well uhh… this is going poorly. Incredibly inaccurate and just poor in general.

If I didn't know any better I'd swear the Stormers have been told to through this match there is so little spirit. Not that I mean to underlay Exeter but my goodness we look disinterested.
