Champions Cup 24/25 - Quarter Finals - 11 - 13 May

Watching the game live the ref had completely lost control today. There were multiple high shots ignored, lots of afters ignored and two clear head on heads.

Terrible reffing.

Coles back in form finally, pollock is awesome, anyone who hates is just a hater. Two frenchies demolished, bring on the most hated team in Ireland.

Pollock is awesome but he does come across like a real WUM. He's good enough to let his rugby do the talking. All the rest is just unnecessary.

Yeah if they're penalising croc rolls that's a card - no idea what the laws are that makes it yellow vs red

Not sure there's any head contact there, is there?

Edit: guess you could see it on that final angle, would've said penalty only, really barely any contact

Imagine the media reaction to a back row of
6. Willis
7. Pollock
8. Mercer

Although it's crazy how much the mercer noise has gone considering Glous position

Probably because he's been injured since November, and isn't due back until we'll after the lions have returned to blighty (+Ire).

Personally, I'm still surprised that no-one on this thread has noticed that it's April...

When's Dupont back?
Can't see this version of Toulouse going all the way
Out for the season.

You can see why there was talk of Toulouse signing Aaron Smith as a medical joker, though I do like the Japanese scrumhalf now on the field.

Won't be this season I don't think, from a Leinster POV, neither teams providing anything that makes me think they can beat them tbh.

Pretty much the classic nervy as hell knockout rugby you'd expect at this stage of the tournament, slightly low on quality, seen nothing to suggest that anyone's running Leinster close this year, I think NH will be competitive but not as close as last year, Furbank does seem to make a huge difference.

Didn't look good for him, reckon he's out for another few weeks

So there's no transfer window right? Toulouse could just bring someone in from anywhere? I imagine Europe will have another registration window before semis?

I only watched the highlights so may have a slightly off perception, he just seem to be involved in most of the good stuff saints did on it.
Seemed to hurt his arm on scoring his try and was holding it pretty gingerly before being subbed off a few mins later. He was a real spark though, that offload to Freeman was outrageous
