[rant]Yet again the Bath coaches and players go out of their way to prove that they are, in general, over paid rubbish. Whilst we were outscored as a result of the charge down that went horribly wrong there was something wrong with all our play in general we didn't take our chances and make use of superior possession etc, Leinster and Montpellier are going to be whitewashes.

What it does point to, as well as most of our matches this season, is something fundamentally wrong with the coaching and selection, as Stuart Barnes pointed out. Consequently we are... boring shite, at east last season we were interesting rubbish. I really hope McGeechan moves off to prepare himself for the Lions tour ASAP.[/rant]

what a nosedive Johnnie Beattie's career has taken, he has really had an annus horribilis, in 2010 he was part of the three B''s back row and playing like real rampaging number 8, over the period of a year since then he has got injured then come back and played crap for Glasgow, got picked for Scotland anyway but then dropped, then missed out on Scotland RWC squad and now has been ditched by Glasgow and finds himself playing for Ayr in the British & Irish Cup

I wonder if Glasgow wish they had kept Vernon now and offloaded Beattie to Sale
