How could u say that Henson did it on purpose? He was getting taken out off the ball & was hit from behind, so how on earth could he elbow him on purpose when he had hid back to him?
Um, because he threw his pointed elbow out at an angle higher than his shoulder. What the hell else was he trying to do? If he was being hit form behind, as you say, then he would know the guy was behind him, surely?

U maybe correct, but it looked like a reaction than doing it on purpose. The reason i say this is because I done something simular when i was younger. I got hit off the ball & I reacted & smacked this guy on nut. I didn't mean it, it was one of those instant reaction things where it happens without meaning it.

As for me booting the guy in the head, he was an ugly fooker & he deserved it.

So how would you lot be reacting if the fat Leicesterite twat elbowed Henson in the face?

Oh, it's be uproar and comment's like "Ban him for life..."

yeh, but with the 'Henson' kick that fat guy was holding onto his foot and wat do you do when someone is holding on to your foot just give them a little kick, same as O'Driscoll on Cockbain in the 6 nations!

Anyway henson didn't connect with the kick!

or he was doing the 'Hokey Cokey'

# U put ur left leg in,
Ur left leg out,
U do the hokey cokey
& u collapse a scrum #

this is great - nice bit of welsh humour, watch out though - these royalists will lock us in the towe if we aint carefull.

yes, that coming from someone whos from bath but goes by the name of robbinho - nice one mate - the most funniest thing from bath is the locals, there like mountain men - there just cross breeds of welsh and english, and cudnt make there mind up. toffs - crossed with sheep sh*ggers - not a good combo.

Brings a smile to me eye. Anyway, any new on the Ospreys pair suspensions, or when we will it be decided? What about the Sarries players that were also cited, along with the Ulster.

Henson to learn disciplinary fate

Wales, Lions and Ospreys centre Gavin Henson will find out at a disciplinary meeting on Friday whether he will be available for next year's Six Nations.
Henson has been cited for two alleged incidents of foul play during Sunday's Heineken Cup match against Leicester.

The 23-year-old has been charged with elbowing Tigers' prop Alejandro Moreno, leaving the Italian with a broken nose, and for aiming a kick at his opponent.

Ospreys team-mate Ian Evans has also been reported for kicking Harry Ellis.

Both players were reported by citing commissioner Bill Dunlop.

If found guilty by the European Rugby Cup disciplinary committee, both Henson and Wales squad lock Evans face lengthy bans that could rule them out of the start of the Six Nations.

Striking an opponent with "a fist or arm, including the elbow, shoulder, head or knee(s)" carries a minimum ban of two weeks.
'Kicking an opponent is minimum of three months'

Well Evans has just been banned until the 19 Feb so there should be news on Henson fairly shortly.

With both Henson and Evans missing for the last 2 HEC games, will certainly make it easier for Clermont and Stade Français to pick up the wins, could all end up backfiring on Leicester ironically.

An Tarbh, I think that Stade Français will play the Welsh at home and they are improving. I don't think that having Henson in the team will prevent the Stade Français to win.

Well my point is that losing 2 important players for the Ospreys makes it far more likely that Clermont and Stade Français will pick up bonus points as well as the wins. Of course Stade Français will win at home to the Ospreys but it just becomes a lot easier now.

You're right. In this pool I think the two crucial matchs are going to be Clermont - Leicester and Stade Français - Leicester. It's going to be between Leicester and the Stade Français. The Stade Français after a difficult start of the season are getting their big guns back in the squad. Defeating Leicester on their owne turff is anyway a very big chalenge. I found that Toulouse victory although deserved last season had been quite lucky.

Henson banned for 10 weeks! God, that celebrity status he longs for has back-fired into his own ass. If it wasn't Henson, anyone reckon the sentance would have been shorter...

Too bad Wales, need to find yourself a 12, and fast. Preferably one that crabs across the pitch as well. Oh yeah, is Shanklin going to be back for the 6N, or at all in the future, because I know his injury is quite bad, but that is one guy Wales need.
