How can we give you anything when HB have not given us anything, let me get this straight to you and anyone else wanting information on the game. We don't have anything as of yet, when we do we give it straight out, we don't hold anything back. If you think we do then more fool yourselves. Information is often posted before most of the staff sees it ... FACT!

i dont think so rugby 08 didnt have manger mode but you could still play in the leagues

The worst period is almost over. HB announced new information to be released early in 2011 so I think that it shall be any day now that we get news. I can't wait!

Yeah, no one's having a go at TRF... They aren't making the game! It would be nice to have more info from HB but the game is gonna come out at the same time regardless of how much or how little we know about it.
I've read soooo many posts saying "I'm gonna buy Rugby 2012 no matter what" and if thats the case then just be patient. Any new information will be on TRF before it's anywhere else!

All they really had to do (HB Studios) was to copy Jonah Lomu Rugby and update the graphics, Rugby in its basic form doesnt have to be realistic to be fun.

Well actually HB have stated that they are making a Rugby Sim, nothing arcade about it. Also they can't simply copy it as it isn't their product.

People keep going on about FIFA and all of the licences and game modes they have but if they play the early FIFA games there are only tournaments and there is almost no licensing. A game with good gameplay is more important to start with and if it's good enough and enough people buy it then all of the extras will come in time if we want a rugby game that can rival FIFA in terms of licensing and manager modes be a pro etc.. we need to stand by this one enjoy it then in a couple of years hopefully we'll get the rewards of it.

Looking at the original posting, wouldnt it be good if you could get one main commentator, for example Eddie Buttler (Dont really try it with him), along with a commentator from one of the countries who are playing , having multiple commentators on a game would be a great feature i believe especially if you can choose your own. it would ensure every game is different as each commentator brings their own spice to the game

Hi guys I didn't know where else to post this have you seen the Rugby Challenge 2011 game.... They actually have a video of it and some rights to the all black or something what does this mean ? Will HB studio's rugby game still feature NZ ??? Well check out the video

I'm guessing this is the one by Shide of who ever. As their previous years of experience have been with rugby league which from what I can tell was really good. That was until the recently released one on the PS360 and it was garbage. They may shock us but if they couldn't get it right a few months ago, not sure how much to expect less than a year later.

Will wait and see about HB licences but personally will be going for the game that plays the best. Licences can come later
