yes it is true. There was huge problems about that. some freak dropped something and hit referee.

That's a strong squad!
5 players are alerady capped by the senior national team including Lobzhanidze who played the last RWC.
3 players had some game time at professional level. Gorgadze is a regular starter in ProD2, Melikidze played 3 Top14 games and Javakhia played flanker last week for Lyon.
Would like see winger Kemoklidze (Lazio Roma) in the squad considering he played most Eccellenza games than most of Italian U20 players

What is Lelo?

Lelo is ancient game played in Georgia. It was mentioned in 12th century but some scholars say that Lelo was played since BC.
Lelo ball was played between 2 villages, ball weight 16 kg, men from both villages play the game. Goal was to take the ball by force in the village.

in 1882 Lelo ball attracted 1500 footmen and 500 horsemen participants.

Man who carried ball in the chaos to the village was rewarded (Ball become his property). It was prestigious to own the Lelo ball.

Milton Haig is in Fiji, he inspects the living and training Conditions in local Hotels. Milton comes to Georgia in 2 days and will announce the squad.
Extended squad is already chosen, but there might be a changes. Players who play TOP14 playoffs will not be in the squad due to evade problems with French Clubs.
Gorgodze, Chilachava, Mikautadze, Kolelishvili, Kakovin, Kubriashvili, Nariashvili and few others are playing Top14 playoffs.

Lelos will have 2 coaches from Southern Hemisphere thanks to Milton Haig, coach of Backs and coach of skills.

Georgian U16 teams will held International competition in Georgia to call up all talented kids and not to left anyone heartbroken.

Georgian clubs will participate in Eurocups from 2017. Winner of Great10 will get serious money that is enough to Compete in Challenge Cup.

There is some very interesting news that is cept in secret. And planned to be realized in near future.

Georgia will not play with the strongest squad...
They will play without Top14 play off qualifyied : Gorgodze, Mikautadze, Chilachava (all-Toulon), Kolelishvili (Clermont), Nariashvili, Kubriashvili (both Montpellier) and Kakovin (Toulouse)
also, Lobzhanidze, Gorgadze, Giorgadze, Melikidze and Svanidze, all capped at senior level are include in U20 squad to play U20 World Cup
