Opp well there is Hogg defensively finally challenged lol Lions stake is going down during this match
So it takes 65 minutes or so for the French to realise that "Mon dieu, we can play ze rrugby after all"
I hope Michalak gets a long, long ban.

If you have access to the full game, the events happen in-game from 42:53 (replays from 43:30). Machenaud kicks up-field from the base of the ruck, and Stuart Hogg, who isn't the receiver, runs a slight "blocking line" (by which I mean, one of those lines where it's legal because you're holding your run, but it is essentially obstruction and highly frustrating to the opposition) against the kick-chasers, specifically Michalak. In response, Michalak strikes Hogg around the back of the head sending him to the floor. At this point, Michalak loses interest in the game - despite the ball being mere yards away from Michalak and in Scottish hands, he's more interested in going for Hogg. You can see him throw punches at 43:12 and then about 43:25 he goes to (attempts to?) strike Hogg repeatedly. From the camera shots, it seemed as if Hogg only protected his face and never retaliated. What did Michalak do, I missed that.
Jumping to conclusions...I hope you said the same thing for O'Driscoll putting his foot happily on the italian guy. Cause I think it is worse. But I guess from a british perspective the french player is always a little bit more barbarian than any other anglo-saxon nations and always deserve a longer ban, we are used to it, it is kind of automatic gesture towards the french.
