But he went off his feet after the clearout and refs won't generally penalise that if you've rucked passed the pall and aren't sealing off. It's borderline but IMO think it was legal with an unfortunate outcome see why you think it's illegal though.

That tackle didn't look high at all, moaning ass commentator, Penny is a short guy and was going down as he got tackled and the samoan player still hit him around his shoulder area, if his arm touched his head it was an accidental slip that only just touched his head at most.

He was on his feet when he hit him IMO no point arguing about it.
