England vs Fiji 26th August 23

Too slow, too slight
If playing Ford or Smith, we dont need the extra playmaker. Their vision is better than Farrell.
This is the issue, Ford and Smith need completely different styles of backlines to Farrell.

So will be interesting if they are told to play in the kicking stupid way or the smart attacking way when they come out.

Also wonder if England reverted to type or if they were told to change their style by some brain dead coach.

Hmmmm
My thoughts exactly.
When I think of Sanderson, he has a structure, buts trusts the players to make decisions on the pitch.
This team seem to be thinking 'what does the coach want'

Rucks are a mess, Fiji just flying in off feet and from the side and the ref waving it off

still laughable to me all the slating Daly got at-least he was slick when England were on form going forward, outside of catching what does FS actually offer kick return especially in an unpressurised situation should be a given for a FB.
Exactly the recent points being made.

He needs to add much more to his game than being a safe option under a box kick.
Would rather Daly, Freeman or Arundell and get tge attacking benefits.
Just look in 2003, Robinson was known for his attack, even though his catching was good.
