Great offload, but poor defence. Was thinking England's defence has been good in general.

If you drop the ball, then it's a knock on, not then scored with the body.
I'm sure I've seen this year players drop the ball, but it not touch the ground and then their body pushes it into the ground and it's bee given as a try. I think it's to address that, but seems like an extreme option.

Slade rushing up again. Surely that has to be a tactic if he's doing it consistently.

If you have seen it, it would be a ref's mistake.
Once you've knocked the ball forwards, you have to actively regather it before it hits the ground (or anyone else), not just fall on it.

I guess if you knocked the ball backwards, then it's still live to ground it with your torso, but... so what? If it's knocked backwards the ball should be still live!
