1. Genge
2. LCD
3. Sinckler

Some serious, serious metres carried from that lot.

Whats the most physical, abrasive, go forward team England could field, injuries and absences aside? It would be pretty one dimensional and they probably wouldnt win, but it would horrible to defend against.

1. Genge
2. LCD
3. Sinckler
4. Attwood

Wales Online speculating the following line ups:

England:
Mike Brown; Anthony Watson, Jonathan Joseph, Luther Burrell, Marland Yarde; George Ford, Danny Care; Matt Mullan, Dylan Hartley, Dan Cole, Joe Launchbury, Courtney Lawes, Chris Robshaw, James Haskell, Jack Clifford.

Wales:
Liam Williams; George North, Tyler Morgan, Jamie Roberts, Hallam Amos; Dan Biggar, Rhys Webb; Rob Evans, Scott Baldwin, Samson Lee, Bradley Davies, Alun Wyn Jones, Dan Lydiate, Taulupe Faletau, James King.

I'm still ridiculously annoyed at Gatland only picking one proper openside, who isn't even 100% fit, and almost certainly won't be featuring against England. Would have been the perfect time to give someone like Jenkins a run out.

Would be open to a bit of experimentation, maybe not to the same extent as that Ireland game before the world cup though. I'd like to see Anscombe in the squad as a 10, either starting, or coming off the bench for at least 30 mins. Hoping Scott Williams is involved too, and I'd potentially start him ahead of Roberts as he needs more game time, while Roberts has had a long long season. Rest of the squad more or less picks itself with only the injuries and French based players unavailable.
Just depends how Gatland wants to approach this one.

Wales:
Liam Williams; George North, Tyler Morgan, Jamie Roberts, Hallam Amos; Dan Biggar, Rhys Webb; Rob Evans, Scott Baldwin, Samson Lee, Bradley Davies, Alun Wyn Jones, Dan Lydiate, Taulupe Faletau, James King.

i do not see the point in starting Roberts for this game. there is no need as you said, he has had a long season and we know he'll bring his A game. Alun wyn needs game time so thats understandable. definitely agree with Tyler Morgan and Hallam Amos, they are both classy. morgan could be a viable replacement to Davies who has not looked his best for the past few internationals. Amos deserves that second wing spot, hasnt done a thing wrong and has played brilliantly in a poor dragons side. if walker or tom james start ahead of him for the tests thats a massive kick to his gonads

So for this game, which is purely a money making exercise, I really hope EJ doesn't risk any of the first team for Aus, because those tests are much more important, and Wales aren't exactly in great shape.

I'm not fussed about the pack, give LCD a good runout, would be interested to see what Harrison could do with some decent game time and Kvesic, just don't risk More critical lads.

As for backs I'd say the following

9. Care
10. Cips
11. Roko
12. Burrell/ Devoto / Teo (see how he can perform on the big stage before being thrown into the fire of test rugby)
13. Daly
14. Wade
15. Brown

Not a bad side with every chance of winning in a free flowing exhibition match.

Winning this game could be crucial for world rankings, bearing in mind that seeding for the world cup will be in a years time.

I think that Gatland will take this very seriously. It's a perfect chance to pick up a win versus an under strength English side and gain some confidence going into the NZ tour.

Neither LCD or Teo are available for this game as they are both playing in finals the day before.
