Its like the Italian backline, its just dreadful stuff.

Really taking nothing away from England, best 6 nations perfomance in years by any team.

bit OTT

No matter how bad France are you need to play exceptional stuff to put 5 tries on them in 45 minutes, i can only remember the All Blacks puting this amount of points on France.

well if that's how you judge a performance than maybe but there's definitely been better performances the 6 Nations where both sides have performed well.

Nah :p

Ireland France this year, Wales France 2005, Wales Ireland 2005, England Ireland 2003 need I go on?

yeah this really is turning into a great performance by England, completely gone off the boil in the second half as Malzieu gets in for their second try.

Wales France this year also. Only the French performance mind.
Anywho, Malzieu scores. 34 - 10.

See, us English are equally good as the Irish at talking utter ********, bigging up the National team!

you've obviously not watched much coverage from RTÉ then they don't hype up the team to anyway near the same extent as the BBC do with England

Oddly enough, living in England, I don't have much access to RTE broadcasts. So no, I have not.

Besides, we all know that BBC bias to everything London (sport or other) is the worst of any broadcaster outside of Australia - Including the national sides which play there.

I was making more reference to certain (un-named) TRF members who think Irelad have either played well this season or would stand any sort of chance against any SANZAR nation...

England Ireland 2003
That's the best performance by a team I've ever seen in the competition. Both teams were going for a Grand Slam and England demolished an Ireland team that played damn well. It was mistake free attacking rugby at it's best.

finally something from England since the start of the half, Armitage has booked his ticket to SA as well.

Yea thats the performance i was thinking of when i said the best performance in years, Ireland France this year was a good game because it was tight but surely demolishing the same side is more impressive?

Gosh, if you think this France side has put in a performance any where near the ones against Ireland and Wales then God help.

And on Flutey: lulz.

Im not and its unusual for me to stick up for England but the first 45 they massacred France, no matter how bad France were they were outplayed in every facet of the game which i think is very impressive.

3 tries coming from turnovers they were victims of their own downfall.

England are now the top try scorers for this nations. Any bitter Celts(or England haters like Teh Mite) like to comment?
