Youngs at 9?

Where's Nowell?

Or are you not being serious

How about your assistant coach?...

Who turned into a marvelous England international...

Well quite.

In fairness, he could have meant players currently playing and hadn't watched Exeter where Sireli Nava.. something... has done the same trick.

Or he could have meant current England players, in which case I'm pretty sure Tom Youngs got a few run-outs for Leicester before converting. Uhm.

I believe Loamanu regularly goes between back row and centre at Leicester aswell !

Lancaster obviously doesn't read much rugby media cause the whole scene went mental posting lists of players who had played in the forwards and the backs when Burgess played his first game in the backrow.

If Ewers and Wade get in after the Bar Bars game I am delighted with it.

Tigs is either taking the Mickey or doesn't know what he's talking about. For a start he's only chosen 2 hookers and 2 scrum halves when the rules state that all squads have to take at least 3 in these positions and he's chosen 32 players, when the final squads will be restricted to 31 players.

What ever Trevor.

I think he's taking the Mickey, when is a Tigers fan gonna think an out of form webber would be picked ahead of Tom Youngs

Just wondering from an England fan point of view how nervous will you be watching the bath V Tigers SF game?

Let's face it bath have pretty much the only 2 backs who are pretty much irreplaceable now in Ford and Joseph if something where to happen to either or both then it would be it for England WC chances IMO. Not saying Leicester will injury them just Leicester will be very aggressive and up for it (no pressure on them) and with no proper 10 or back up kicker there main aim most likely will be to get Ford.

It has crossed my mind more than once that there will be a big casualty in on of the last games. It would be a massive blow to to lose Ford or Joseph, although it wouldn't be the end of the road for England, as I think Slade could faesably replace either of them (although we know it would be Farrell and Burrell- on which note, yes it would be curtains).

I wasn't worried about it until now....

To be honest I'm just hoping Ford proved he's a big game player he bricked it abit in the tail end of last season proof will be in the pudding tommorow if he's learnt from that experience.

I think he'll be fine :).

Bath to win well, but not 45-0

I don't think Slade would be a good enough replacement for either. For all his talent, he is not an experienced international, they are both players who've proved they can perform consistently a) at international level and b) within the England systems
