Wasnt he born to a British army family living in Germany.....
Silly hypothetical I know, but Kvesic was born in Germany, right? Would him playing for England U20s make him ineligible to play for Germany, should he wish to do so? I think it's the top two sides, as England has the Saxons they count as the A side but Wales don't so they nominate their U20s.
I may be wrong, but I believe being born when your parents are stationed overseas through the military service doesn't qualify you for residency of that country. Something to do with soverign owned soil or the like.
This might clear things up!:I know thats the case in the US. John McCain was born at a navy base in Panama (not into a big hat) but isnt not considered a Panamanian (?). So if UK nationality law applies the same then Kavesic would hold sole UK nationality if he was born at an official British Army/Navy/RAF base. If not, then he would hold dual nationality and be able to play for Germany
Glos haven't been able to spend up to the cap the last few years because of the recession and not having a rich owner. But now that the recession is becoming a memory, Glos are spending a lot more on their squad and should at least have the potential to secure HC rugby most years now, but also challenge for ***le honours. On the subject of players having to play in the HEC to stand a better chance of playing for England correct me if Im wrong but Sale were never in the HEC when Sheriden was playing for them, Corbs got all his caps playing for the 2nd worse team in the Premiership as did JJ. Im not sure why this lad has gone to Glous its not like they are regulars in the HEC

Yeah so its what I said, as he was born in ein hospital he is able to play for ze Germans. At risk of muddying the waters where does the Croatia bit come in?
Crap reffing decisions are a part of life. Take a spoonful of concrete and harden up.
