Just a point on Manu he is looking very lean prob the slimmest he has looked since 2012/13 nearly.

Cockers I think was saying he has dropped 10kg and it looks like it is the truth.

SOB is on his way down; and it might have been legal had he not been (would have just been a swinging arm to the torso - technically naughty, but usually let go).
However, doing something illegal that would have been legal if things were different has never really been an excuse - I'd also suggest from that clip that Dylan knew SOB was on his way down before committing.
Probably a mid-range ban (6 weeks), increased for being the offence du jour; and increased again for his record (I'd double it personally). So 7-14 weeks depending on the increase for his poor record - probably 7 weeks then, which would conveniently release him in time for the 6N.

I've not, and I follow a couple of rugby pages on there.

Stinks of advertising his channel, to me - that video's gonna be shared everywhere.
He's just started vlogging so probably wants more people aware of his channel than just the fitness crowd he's got atm.

On a side note he originally called his vlogs Life of James until everyone called him a **** from ripping off Mujati's vlogs and he changed it to diary of a rugby player :lol:
