The funniest thing I've read about this was that his WFH analysis of the AIs was so comprehensive that SB said it couldn't be transferred digitally but made Jones fly with his hard drive to London. That alone makes me despair at the state of the game.

But in this you'd have to guess that one or both have been acting like total toddlers. Certainly sounds pretty nasty.

And who wouldn't consider RWC winner to lower reaches of French D2 an upgrade? You have to laugh or you'd cry.

What is the likely squad size for the Summer tour? 34/ 35 ish?

Edit the last real tour in a Lions summer that i can see is 2017 to Argentina and it was a 30 man squad

I can only comment on the Bath players in there - Declan Treacey is going to become a really good IC - assuming he doesn't ditch rugby for girls and beer.
Mears Jr is an okay SH - I think his limit would be back-up for an upper table club or maybe starting lower down the league - if he fulfills his potential.
Having said that, England have always been pretty bad at producing SHs, so he could well go higher by default.

Tate Williams is an athletic and pacey 8, may need a couple extra kg in men's rugby.

Elliot Williams is a big grafting 6 but can and has played in the second row.

They could move it for me. Crap transport links, the Army v Navy game became like a football match with the amount of police. If the locals don't like a rugby stadium then perhaps they should move it.

Think I said it before but it could go to East Birmingham quite nicely:
Great train and airport links to the city (including HS2, if it ever opens, which could get people from London to Birmingham about as fast getting to Twickenham from Euston), motorways going North and South
Would bring some much needed money/investment to the city, too, which is a bonus

I didn't say there weren't downsides to the plan!

Somewhere around the NEC, they're used to getting tons of traffic (cars and public/train), have a train station and the airport basically on site - only 10mins train from New Street
Might even be able to convince Resorts World to chip in for the costs

He has a point and nice in theory, but hell will freeze over before games are permanently moved from London. The blazers' wives won't fancy Milton Keynes or Birmingham.

Demolishing it, coining zillions selling the land for development and then sharing Wembley makes total sense if terms could be agreed. You know, a multi sport stadium like virtually every other country has. Twickenham's of its time and little more than a huge vanity project.
