Here is a piece about dual-nationals and whether or not they decided to play for the U.S. Here is a follow up. The Eagles aren't alone in this struggle, many other Tier II nations deal with the same problem. What do you think?

that reminds me of Mike Hercus, the flyhalf for USA, he went to my school in Sydney and had dual citizenship. He also spoke at my school's valedictory dinner last year. True story

Paterson is in camp with the Eagles and may play against Japan next week. Seymour hasn't ever been part of a U.S. set-up. I don't know if he would even accept a call-up. The feeling that he is waiting to be picked for Scotland.
