Converting AVI files to GIF

Does anyone know a program I can use to convert avi videos to gif animations? I've tried lots of programs but none seem to work. +rep for any help!

Very easy to use, and you get a free trial. Well worth taking a look at, I plan to get the full version in the near future.

It works well enough, I was able to make an animation but it stops about a quarter way through, I think this is because I'm trying to make a massive file. I'll try use less frames. Cheers anyway mate! Anyone know anything else?

This one had 4 out of 5 rating from download.com. I personally haven't used this software, so I cannot comment whether its any good, though its only 760k file size.
