Classic, but too long for me. 7/10.

In a pub garden yesterday some bird was blithering on about Wacko RIP, so the conversation was switched to Phil Lynott - we reckoned he beat the strange one hands down, at least ten great songs compared to one, maybe two, for wacko:

(sounds like the guitarist had a few slugs! why does the accent disappear while singing?)

I liked some of it and some of it was class but then some of it was just jamaican guys going mental into a mic and you couldn't hear the beat properly.

6/10....maybe it'd be a ten if I ws about to go out and felt like getting pumped...BOOYAKAHSA!!!!!

When I'm getting pumped to go out I lsten to some mad Irish Tunes by MC Lisa Hannigan

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fyXmp-FiPJo

I'd so marry her, she could sing and look pretty while she makes me sandwiches.

Really? Pfffff. I was thinking Jeff Beck, hoping for Gong Camembert Electrique. But ... kind of lame by comparison. Dunno, haven't heard it before so maybe misjudging it with a 4/10.

It did remind me of elevator music.* Best of all time? THE classic:

*bonus points for any link to Father Ted eurovision scene

Elevator music ?! That hurt  :D
If you got 20 free minutes you might want to try to listen to this song again. Then again if you don't like it so be it. ;)

Nice reggae-ish guitar

7/10.

Keeping on with the Canterbury Scene, maybe you'll like this one better. As much as Caravan is a bit cheesy, Soft Machine is NOT. It's very serious jazz/prog. Please give it a real try.

I love slow paced jazz. 9/10.

In my humble opinion, one of the most creative and talented musicians in rock history - he has a ream of solo stuff to add to work with At The Drive-In & The Mars Volta.... Omar Rodriguez-Lopez - Lurking About In A Cold Sweat (Held Together By Venom)

Great ***le, but it sort of passed by in a haze and lost its mojo toward the end. Did the youtube guy mess about with it? 6/10.

Rock rambles on because of too much drugs - top example:

9.3/10 for performance,

7/10 for the tune which is what where here for!

Rather curious to how this will go down.

7/10. Quite good actually, obviously not really connecting with the religious theme but then I'm a big fan of lots of reggae and all they talk about is HIM.

Dubstep's the zeitgeist in the clubs atm, here's Benga - Pleasure

Ok, firstly not fast enough for my liking but my main objection is that the person saying pleasure sounds like a 7 year old which doesn't help.

Maybe I just preferred the crazy 'riddim' and Omar goin' mental or maybe I was WTFing from watching this beforehand...
