Be fair, they'll up to be 5 Irishmen next season... give it another couple of seasons and they'd probably be able to put out a Sevens team...

Now I might be wrong here but I thought you were only allowed to field a few (can't remember the exact amount) of non English qualified players?

So reading Irish can only ever have like 4 Irishmen or something like that???

Nah bro. There are financial incentives for having a certain proportion of EQPs on the team sheet throughout the whole season (you'll occasionally see teams name some very odd teams in dead rubbers for this reason) but there's nothing to stop a club from hitting the pitch with no English players at all. There's been no reason at all really for their almost deliberate refusal to sign any Irishmen for a number of seasons and they deserve all the crap they get for it. Be interesting to see how the current attempts to re-hibernise the club will play out in public perception.
