Not been impressed with Mako so far (nor last week).
He's won two notable turnovers....but both were incorrect calls by the referee. He goes straight off his feet (knees on the player, hands on the floor), then comes back at the ball. Most referees will pick up on that, and he wouldn't get away with it.


I'll take 3 pts behind at half time, though. Definitely been under the cosh a lot, but our defence has been (mostly) very good.
I really like Addison and Jennings but do think we always need one of Leota or Tuitupou in the midfield - they really are like having an extra backrower on defence (and carrying).
Macleod's gone OK, but kicking from hand has left a lot to be desired.
