Saracens eye Heineken Cup move to Cape Town

Exactly what I was trying to say is when the match at Twickenham happened it was a great showcase for the attacking rugby in the SH

Biarittz= boring

and Sarries are definately a lot less expansive then a good few teams. Their ***le was still built around defense.

Let me guess, you want Leinster there

Sarries is the obvious choice because of the SA contingent in their ranks, their opposition ideally should be someone with a fair few internationals in their ranks so that rugby fans who don't follow NH rugby that much would recognise some names
Biarritz will have players like Matt Dunning and Liam Messam in their ranks next season, and I wager a few Boks fans will remember Ngwenya from 07

Toulouse or Toulon vs Sarries would've been a good un, but between Trevise/Ospreys and Biarritz the latter is probably the best choice

Still a daft idea anyway.

If it was going to be any team it would have to be Sarries or Ulster neither very exciting. Why would you want Leinster to go anyway then you'd have to watc it on T.V.

The idea itself is not that bad. I would love to see an annual Super Rugby match in Europe and an annual Heineken Cup match in the SANZAR area. Of course random venues would be great and when I was at the Crusaders-Sharks game at Twickers I was talking to some guys who would love to see that happen. Every year 2 different teams to travel, preferably if they have a bye in the weekend before or after the match.

It could look something like this:

2012: Bulls-Reds @ Millennium Stadium in Cardiff and Leinster-Racing Metro @ Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane
2013: Hurricanes-Waratahs @ Landsdowne Road in Dublin and Ulster-Leicester @ Eden Park in Auckland

and so on, and so on

Why Leinster they do play good rugby but still. I know the groups but still if you wanted most commercial success Ulster and Sarries would be perfect for SA.

Plenty of teams would diplay NH rugby better Leinster, Northampton, Tolouse and a few others would display it better.

Pretty Embarrassing to be honest , Imagine if you had bought a a flight out there to go and watch and sarries are now telling you its cancelled! Guessing Twickers is on the cards now

More likely Wembley...

Saracens playing in London?

Preposterous thinking, why on earth would they do that?

Would they try and play it at a Premiership Football ground?

Isn't The Emirates potentially down as a 2015 host stadium? Worth a thought to gauge interest locally
