Cardiff Blues Vs Toulouse

Yes I have! But by any state of sobriety or inebriation I can clearly see how f***ing rubbish Sam Norton-Knight is!

Roooh Bad weekend for french clubs ...

Toulouse should have won that but there was again a little thing missing ...maybe kelleher and elissalde ...they should not have kicked this far away penalty and try lineout instead in the last 10 minutes , they did not play smartly overall ...

Well done Cardiff , always a good performance to beat Toulouse !

Well done to the Blues good win although I get the feeling french sides don't travel well. Not the best record against British clubs.

The ref is awful and nobody is benefiting[/b]

I wouldn't let Peter Fitzgibbon referee an u13's match, let alone a big Heineken Cup Game. The guy is one of the worst referee's in the game.

Terrible game though, very happy the Blues won though :D Pity the charge so much for tickets, they could probably make more money if they charged £5 - £10 a ticket

Any win over Toulouse is a good one, especially in the form that Cardiff have been in lately - we finally showed a few glimpses of last season.

Seriously - If Cooper and Norton knight are on the field next saturday we may aswell give up now. Sam Norton-Knight is awful and he was making the blues commit suicide today. Jamie Roberts, Halfpenny and James hardly saw the ball all game and had loads of opportunities to go wide. Its so frustrating. I think Toulouse were awful today - but I don't think they expected the Blues to be so dogged.

This group is still up for grabs I think. If we want to be in the quarter finals we need to win every game from now onwards. Simple.

Did anyone else find themselves losing the will to live during that match?[/b]
Even the home crowd started booing their own team tactics. Though Norton-knight got a bit of a raw deal from the crowd. he's only doing what the coach has told him to do.

Dreadful game but while Toulouse didnt win, they will be happy enough bring Cardiff back home with a losing bonus point.

I think they were more booing the fact that the kicks were terrible <_<

As I've said, he did the same against Connacht. I don't mind kicking - its how we beat them in QF last season - but its the fact his kicks were awful. He's not good enough for a 1st team space just yet and Sweeny must start next week.

Nahhh I think thats a bit of a kop out if you ask me.

Incidently was pretty impressed by the backrow threesome.

Terrible game, good win for the Blues. SNK is still terrible though, why bother with him? They could be giving Flannagan this time on the pitch and teaching him how to become a good fly-half instead of some Austrailian wannabe! He plays so far behind the gane-line it gives none of the Blues backs any opportunity to make ground. With the likes of Roberts, Shanks and Tom James in the backline, the Blues really need to play very flat, bringing people on at pace. Up front the Blues went ok today, with Warberton again impressing when he was on the pitch. The backs could do nothing though with everything just getting kicked away!

Tolouse were even worse!
