Can't change player outside of rucks/mauls

I'm unable to change players outside of a ruck or maul - but I am able to do so in open play so not a controller issue.

For info, I'm using a DS4 controller with the DS4 programme - everything else works fine (though am struggling with sidestep/fend not being the right stick). Has anyone else had this issue/know how to fix it?

I have the same problem, my friend, some buttons are mis-mapped and others don't work. I'm looking for a way to fix it. If you've found the solution, don't hesitate to share it with me. It makes me anxious to have the best game in the world and not be able to use it properly. Regards
