GAH! Not good! I know I should be happy that my team has bounced from being thousands of dollars in the red, but I just got my accounts for last week. It seems I'm bringing in a meagre sub $2,000 a week! Funds available hover somewhere around $70k atm, with a $50k overdraft from a finance adviosr, making it $120k.
Looks like I had better work my team hard during the off-season (if any), so that I can keep my team in the Cup! Not only does that bring in a guaranteed weekly sum, but you get paid for finishing in a good position!
How'd you keep your teams' finance in good shape? In particular, YOU, Prestwick, since you dropped out of your cup somewhere in the 2nd week (snigger)?

I just cut my team to the bone, prayed that nobody got seriously injured sold the odd player here and there to make ends meet and gradually increased my stadium size to 6,000 to keep the cash flowing. Keeping the sponsors and fans happy by winning all the time means that roughly 15 new members sign up a week and I have 6 sponsors.
My balance is thus: $293,228 with a turnover of $20k a week. I'm going to let it climb to about $500k and then let rip with a building program to get the stadium size up to 15,000

Friendlies happen every Monday. League matches on Saturday. And Cup matches on Tuesdays. So at the start of the season, plus friendlies, you should have bout 3 matched per week. Be sure not to tire out your players.
Once someone accepts your friendly, the friendly will take place on the nearest Monday

I fired them all and reverted to my Level 1 coaches. So now I'm just going to wait till I get somemore $ and then hire a better head coach and increase stadium size.

My current balance is $1,147,538. So i'll about to get stuck into the transfer market and maybe upgrade a few things.
