Not often you can be happy with a loss, but to lose by only 2points to Leicester is amazing considering how Sale have been playing recently,
Don't know whether it was Peel sparking it all off, but everyone on the pitch wanted to play rugby, rather than just a few
Shame that Roberts went off injured so early and Croall had to take over - while Croall did well in the scrum (with the two 20yr old props - amazing how they held up against Leicesters front row!) and in the lose, he's a prop who can also cover hooker, so is being used there due to injury to Briggs/Jones, and his lineout throwing is not the best - loads not straight, and a few turned over. Would be interesting to see what would have happened with better lineout,
But as I said, a losing bonus point vs the top team in the prem. is fantastic for us atm

I am Chuffed as Bath are up to 4th in the league and have overtaken Northampton!

Bath have certainly looked a lot better in the last few games
Maybe has something to do with a certain Kiwi/English centre being absent? :p

They seem to up there game in the Run In... lets hope they get to Twickenham this year

The Six Nations call ups and the other injuries have completely knackered Saints. I'm to the point of writing the league off now - They'll be lucky to qualify for Europe next season at this rate.

Saints have been unlucky the last couple of weeks, but things will pick up for them...

Didn't Lawes play this weekend? Good news for Saints having him back, if so
Chiefs away will be tough for Saints, Leeds away should be a 5pter despite the missing players,
Will the England players be played as soon as their back? Wasps away will be interesting if they do, should get a win, then Sharks in Franklins Gardens the week after ( :( )

He came off the bench for Vickerman (I think) but didn't make any real impact. It'll take a while for him to get back up to his best, hopefully in time for the Ulster match. The irony is had he not been injured, we'd be without him anyway as he'd be in the XV at Twickenham. He may well be called back to their squad next week.

Foden, Ashton, Ansbro, Dickson, Lawes, Hartley & Wilson all missing while Tiny, Mujati, Dowson, Day and Clarke look desperately in need of a few weeks rest.

The other thing that's bugging me is that Greig Tonks keeps getting games when he clearly isn't that bothered. There's a reason that Leicester let him go.
